Amanda Penalver has created bespoke meditations for me that are a godsend. I have a very busy and successful career and have difficulty switching off at night-time, with numerous associated sleep issues. Amanda listened carefully to my challenge and then created several different guided meditations just for me. A morning meditation to set the day. Short 5 min ‘breathers’ for day-time breaks, longer ones of 30-45 minutes for true rest at night-time. The combination works likes a dream. I am more ready to rest deeply at night because I have taken more shorter breaks in the day, without losing any productivity. Indeed, my day-time attention and creativity are so much better for it. What a relief! Amanda brings rare skills to this task. Acute listening skills, creative use of key words and paths to shift me out of my busy head and into my body and breath, and an incredibly warm and supportive presence.
