Policies

CLASSES:

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class starts to allow for set-up time. 

Please arrive on time so that the class is not disturbed. 

I will be unable to let you into the class more than 5 minutes after it has started.

The booking system allows you to reschedule online classes yourself up to 3 hours before they start.


PAYMENT:

My booking system accepts all major credit/debit cards.

 Please contact me for bank details if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.


CANCELLATION POLICY: 


True Rest online sessions: you can cancel/reschedule your booking up to 3 hours before the session starts via the booking system. A credit note will be issued.


Private sessions: cancellation within 24 hours: full fee applies | within 48 hours: 50% of fee applies


Nurture Night: cancellation within 5 days: full fee applies | within 7 days: 50% of fee applies
